Red Hawke I & II
Element Homes have two new home developments right next to each other at Sonoran Mountain Ranch. They are called Red Hawke I and Red Hawke II. The developments are near 67th avenue north of Dynamite road.
The schools for this neighborhood are part of the Deer Valley Unified School District which is normally a top performing school district in Arizona. The high school is Mountain Ridge (view the Mountain Ridge high school report card) and the elementary school is Terramar (view the Terramar elementary school report card).

Element Homes doesn't publish their new home incentives, but they do provide a price reduction if you use their own preferred lender.
The Floor Plans
There aren't very many different homes for sale at this Element Homes development. Both Red Hawke I and Red Hawke II have the exact same four new homes available to be built.
There isn't a lot of variety, but that doesn't mean it is not worth taking a look. There are many new homes for sale in the Sonoran Mountain Ranch area of Peoria and it is worth stopping by this development.

The Cortaro is a single story 1,636 square foot home. It has three bedrooms, 2 baths, 2-car garage, a great room, and dining area. There are some optional features, but the main one is that you can turn the third bedroom into a den. The home starts at approximately $230,000.
The Almira is a single story home with three bedrooms and two and a half baths. There is a great room, dining area, and a den. Most of the options are things like add a door instead of an arch, or add cabinets instead of a shelf. You do have the option of changing the den into a fourth bedroom and you can also make the half bath into a full bath. The home starts at $250,000.
The Rosalia is a two story home. This Element Home has three bedrooms, two and a half baths, a living room, dining room, family room, and a loft. All of the bedrooms are upstairs. There is also a 3-car tandem garage. You have the option of converting the garage into a 2-car and adding a fourth bedroom. Upstairs you can also convert the loft into a fifth bedroom. This home is 2,358 square feet and starts at just under $300,000.
The last home available to be built is the Senita. It is a two story home with four bedrooms and two and a half baths. The home is 2,798 square feet. It has a 3-car tandem garage, a nook, living room, family room, dining room, and a den. You have the option of changing the tandem garage into a fifth bedroom. If you wish you can remove a bedroom upstairs and convert it into a loft. The home starts in the low $300,000s.
Even though Element Homes only builds four models at the Red Hawke developments, but they do have other new home developments around the Phoenix area.
