There are a lot of new homes for sale, too many actually. This means if you are looking for new homes for sale in Peoria Arizona now, the builders will provide you with crazy incentives and reduced prices to take a home off their hands. Especially if you are willing to buy a spec home. The problem is you never know when the incentives will go away. Once their inventory drops, the incentives will change.

If you are looking for information on "Vistancia" click here. Vistancia is so huge I needed to devote an entire section to it. If you haven't been out to Vistancia yet, pack a lunch. It is quite amazing. Plan on spending the entire day because there are more than 30 model homes to look at.

The Peoria Arizona New Home Communities

D.R. Horton

• The first new home development is built by D.R. Horton. D.R. Horton has four developments here in the same area near 95th Avenue and Deer Valley Road.. There is CAMINO A LAGO VILLAGES stating in the low $190,000s. The CAMINO A LAGO (Continental Series) starting in the low $210,000s. The CAMINO A LAGO ENCLAVE which start in the mid $240,000s. The largest homes are in the CAMINO A LAGO CITADEL development starting in the low $350,000s. The homes range in size from 1,310 - 5,167 square feet.

Columbia Communities

• Riverstone Estates is our next development. It is tucked away in the Fletcher Farms subdivision built by Columbia Communities based out of Scottsdale, Arizona (kind of nice to deal with a local company). Prices start right around $300,000 and range in size from about 1,800-3,800 square feet.

Shea Homes

• Mesquite Canyon at Sonoran Mountain Ranch are built by Shea Homes. The homes range from approximately 1,900 - 2,900 square feet. The prices start in the mid $200,000s and go well into the mid $300,000s.

Standard Pacific Homes

• The Villages at Sonoran Mountain Ranch is a nice new home community built by Standard Pacific Homes. The homes start near $280,000 and range in size from 1,270 to 2,400 square feet.

Maracay Homes

• The Summit at Boulder Mountain has larger homes from 2,200 square feet up to about 3,600 square feet. The prices reflect it too. These homes start at approximately $377,000.

  
  

• Riverview isn't active yet, but should be open in the coming months.

  
  

• The Crescentviews at Sonoran Mountain Ranch is Maracay's last development in Peoria. These new homes are a bit smaller in size. The homes start at about $240,000 and range in size from 1,100 - 2,500 square feet.

Element Homes

• The Red Hawke I and Red Hawke II developments range from about 1,600 to 2,800 square feet and the homes start at $230,000. Both developments are right next to each other and have the same homes available for sale.

Engle Homes

• The Highlands at Cibola Vista built by Engle Homes range from 2,100 to 3,741 square feet. The starting prices range from about $302,000 to $390,000.

Centex Homes

• The Preserve at Cibola Vista is located in Cibola Vista. Again just another fancy name for an area of town. Cibola Vista is near 91st Avenue north of Jomax Road. All of these homes are quite large. The smallest model starts in the $350,000s and is just over 2,000 square feet. The largest home is sneaking up on a starting price of $450,000 and is over 3,500 square feet.

Lennar Homes

• The Laureates at Cibola Vista are top notch luxury homes in Arizona rivaling any luxury homes for sale. Arizona boasts many luxurious homes, but these rank right up near the top. The smallest home is over 3,300 square feet with a starting price tag of at least $520,000. The homes increase in size from there up to a 4,840 square foot home with a starting price of over $650,000. These really are beautiful new homes for sale in Peoria Arizona.

Montalbano Homes

• Travata by Montalbano Homes is our last but certainly not our least development. These homes have starting prices ranging from $205,000 - $250,000 and the homes range in size from about 1,550 square feet to 2,150 square feet.
