This area of the site is still under development. Eventually it will have information for beginning investors, and experienced investors. Ultimately I can try to give you some tools, know how, and information, but nothing will teach you better than real life experience.

For beginners, you need to know that you are dealing with a real estate team that has done this before. We have worked and continue to work with investors.

For more experienced real estate investors, this section is probably going to be worthless. What can you read on a web page that is going to be better than the actual experience you already have? As an experienced real estate investor, you need to be confident that I am hard working, can get the job done, and I am willing to work for you.

I don't need to tell you that it is a great time to buy real estate, or that REOs, and foreclosures are the way to go. Maybe they are and maybe they are not. There are too many factors to consider for a blank statement like that. There is a time and a place for all real estate investments in up, down, and sideways markets.
