Montalbano Homes has a new home community tucked away near 91st Avenue just north of Bell Road. The development is called Travata and is a bit interesting since all of the homes are two story. If you know you don't want a two story home at least you can cross this Peoria AZ new home development off your list. The elementary school for this neighborhood is Apache (view the Apache elementary school report card.) The high school that students in this neighborhood attend is Sunrise Mountain (view the Sunrise Mountain report card.) Before visiting Travata or any other new home development please read why you should work with a Realtor.
Travata Incentives
Montalbano Homes doesn't publish their incentives on their website because they are subject to change at all times. They do offer incentives if you do use their own preferred mortgage company.
The Floor Plans
Montalbano only builds four floor plans here at Travata. All of them seem a little boxy since they are trying to fit as much home as possible into each floor plan. These homes have very few options to adjust in order to meet your needs. Not having many options keeps these homes affordable. All of the homes have what Montalbano Homes is calling a private yard.I will be uploading photos of the homes soon. For now feel free to look through the floor plans. The Vienna is 1,557 square feet. It has three bedroom, two and a half baths, and a 2-car garage. All the bedrooms are on the 2nd floor. You have the option of adding a fourth bedroom. The Vienna starts in the low $200,000s. The Rome has three bedrooms, two and a half baths, and a 2-car garage. There is also a walk deck. It is 1,757 square feet and starts at approximately $230,000. The Paris has four bedrooms, two and a half baths, a 2-car garage, and a balcony. You have the option of removing one of the bedrooms and having a loft. You can also add a loft instead of a desk area upstairs. The home is 1,870 square feet and starts in the mid $230,000s. The London has four bedrooms, two and a half baths, a 2-car garage, and a den. The only option is to convert the den into a fifth bedroom. The home is 2,158 square feet and starts at approximately $250,000. Travata is the only Peoria AZ development that Montalbano Homes builds in the area. Continue viewing other Peoria AZ new homes for sale in our new home construction section.
