Families with school age children living at Travata are in the Peoria Unified School District.

Grade School (K-8) - Apache - In 2007-2008 this school was designated "Highly Performing" by the Arizona Department of Education.
High School - Sunrise Mountain- In 2007-2008 this school was designated "Excelling" by the Arizona Department of Education.

Travata Features

Don't get me wrong, these are nice homes. They start around $177,000 for a reason though. You aren't going to get a lot of fancy upgrades included, but the homes are thoughtfully designed, well built, and affordable. Some of the prebuilt spec homes include:

Upgraded appliances
Solid surface counter tops
Double sinks in the bathrooms
Soft water loop
Many pre-wire features as well

I know the list above isn't very impressive, but just because there aren't a number of standard upgrades doesn't mean these new homes in Peoria Arizona aren't worth looking at. If you are looking for comfortable affordable homes then these may be the perfect fit.

The Vienna starts just under $180,000 at the time this was written. The Rome - has three bedrooms, two and a half baths, and a 2-car garage. There is also a walk deck. It is 1,787 square feet and starts at just under $200,000.

The Paris - has four bedrooms, two and a half baths, a 2-car garage, and a balcony. You have the option of removing one of the bedrooms and having a loft. You can also add a loft instead of a desk area upstairs. The home is 1,870 square feet and starts at just over $200,000. The London has four bedrooms, two and a half baths, a 2-car garage, and a den. The only option is to convert the den into a fifth bedroom. The home is 2,158 square feet and starts at approximately $220,000.

With all the new homes in Peoria Arizona it is tough to go look at all your options, but these homes are in a great location. Montalbano only builds four floor plans here at Travata. All of them seem a little boxy since they are trying to fit as much home as possible into each floor plan. These homes have very few options to adjust in order to meet your needs.
