I was shocked at how much development and amenities have been added. It really is a destination now.

Peoria is very close to all of the restaurants and bars on Bell Road. It is about a 15 minute drive to north Scottsdale, about 10 minutes from the Phoenix Coyotes and Arizona Cardinals stadiums, you are about 20 minutes from the outlet malls near Anthem, it is about an hour and a half drive to the cooler temperatures in Flagstaff, I already mentioned how close it is to Lake Pleasant, and then to top it off it takes about four hours to find yourself on the Mexican beaches of Puerto Penasco (Rocky Point).

There is a lot of growth, plenty of jobs in the area, and to top it all off it is affordable. Most Peoria Arizona new homes for sale range anywhere from the high $100,000s all the way up to above $500,000. There are so many new home developments, and so many builders here you can find a home you are looking for. Looking for a country club environment, retirement community, golf course home, patio homes, condos? Everything is available.
