You have the option of converting the media room into a fifth bedroom. The home is 2,100 square feet and starts at just over $225,000 at the time this was written. The 552385 - is a single story home with four bedrooms, two baths, a living room, dining room, and a family room. There seems to be a a 2-car and a 1-car garage on separate sides of the driveway. You do have the option of changing one of the bedrooms into a den. The home is 2,391 square feet and starts at approximately $245,000 at the time this was written.

The 552573 - is a large single story home with five bedrooms, three baths, a living room, dining room, and a great room. There is also a 4-car tandem garage. You have the option of converting part of the large garage into a sixth bedroom. The home is 2,612 square feet and starts at approximately $250,000 at the time this was written. The 552842 is a very large single story home. There are five bedrooms and three bathrooms. The home has a large family room in the center where all the bedrooms branch off from. The 3-car garage can be enlarged if you remove a bedroom. You can also convert a bedroom into a den. The home is 2,886 and starts at approximately $264,000 at the time this was written.

(first floor and second floor) is the first two story home at this Engle Homes development. There are five bedrooms and three bathrooms. The 3-car garage can be reduced to a 2-car with a bonus room. There is also a living room, dining room, and a great room downstairs. The home is 3,434 square feet and starts at approximately $285,000 at the time this was written. The 553272
(first floor and second floor) is a two story home with five bedrooms and three bathrooms. The home has all the same rooms as the previous model, but it is laid out differently. The home is 3,313 square feet and starts at approximately $287,000 at the time this was written.

(first floor and second floor) is the largest two story home that Engle Homes builds at this development. The home has five bedrooms and three and a half bathrooms. The home has basically every type of room. I like that the master bedroom is downstairs. You have the option to convert the game room upstairs into a sixth bedroom. The home is 3,741 square feet and starts at approximately in the high $330,000 at the time this was written.
There are only a few models for you to view here at the development, but Engle Homes has seven different homes that can be purchased here. In fact it appears that they have added another four floor plans recently, but I have not confirmed that.
