Sonoran Mountain Ranch New Home

The Villages at Sonoran Mountain Ranch new home development is near 67th Avenue and Dynamite Road.

If you haven't had the chance to drive up to the north part of Peoria, I highly recommend it. The rolling hills and desert scenery is quite remarkable.

The schools for this neighborhood are part of the Deer Valley Unified School District which is typically a top performing school district in Arizona. The high school is Mountain Ridge (view the Mountain Ridge high school report card) and the elementary school is Terramar (view the Terramar elementary school report card).

Unique Standard Features

Standard Pacific Homes is a very typical builder. There aren't any fantastic standard upgrades, but they don't skimp on the features either.

The standard features for the new homes here include nine foot ceilings, dual pane windows, a 50 gallon water heater, among many many others. The most interesting standard features are that they use cultured marble for most of the counters, sinks, and tub surrounds. It looks nicer than the fiberglass tubs and showers you typically see.

The Floor Plans

I sold one of these Standard Pacific homes to my brother a few years ago at a different new home development. He has been very happy with his home over the years.
