Travel Program Terms and Conditions

1. Lodging: This Get Up & Go! ® Certificate entitles the recipient to two nights of accommodations in a standard hotel room at one of the locations described. Accommodations are for two adults 21 years of age or older and up to two children under the age of 18. No pets.

2. Availability: Accommodations are based on availability and certain restrictions listed. Destin and Myrtle Beach destinations are not available during June, July, and August.

3. Activation (Step 1): You must activate within 45 days of receiving this Certificate. There is no cost to activate. An Activation Acknowledgement Letter will be mailed to you within 72 hours (please allow for mail time) and will provide you with your unique customer account number, travel tips, and a toll-free 800 number to central reservations for you to call when you are ready to make your reservation. If you activate online or by telephone , you will receive the 800 number immediately as part of the activation process.

4. Travel Window: Your activated Certificate will be valid for 12 months from Activation Date or no later than September 30, 2009, whichever comes sooner. Travel must be completed prior to the expiration date.

5. Reservation: Reservations require 21-days advance notice. A $24 reservation processing fee is required at the time of reservation and confirmation, except for California residents. For California residents only, a $50 refundable credit card deposit is required at the time of reservation confirmation and will be refunded upon check-in automatically to the same credit card used to make the deposit. A Reservation Confirmation Letter, including check-in information and directions, will be mailed to you within 72 hours (please allow for mail time). YOUR RESERVATION CONFIRMATION LETTER AND IDENTIFICATION WILL BE REQUIRED UPON CHECK-IN. Please do not travel without them.

6. Incidental Charges: This Certificate is for hotel accommodations only and does not include transportation, parking fees, airfare, room taxes ($3-$20 per night), meals, and any miscellaneous expenses. Upon check-in, the hotel will require an imprint of a major credit card to cover such expenses.

7. Cancellations: Cancellation of changes to an active reservation must be received at least 72 hours prior to your arrival date. Failure to cancel or reschedule at least 72 hours prior to your arrival or simply not showing will result in forfeiture of your Certificate and reservation processing fee or deposit.

8. Usage Limitation: Only one Certificate per household per year may be used. This Certificate is intended for promotional use only by the issuer and cannot be sold to the recipient. This Certificate is nontransferable and may only be used by the original recipient. Not intended for conventions or group travel.

9. Liability Limitations: Wyndham Vacation Resorts will arrange hotel accommodations acting only as an agent for hotels, and will not assume any responsibility for loss, delay, accident, injury, or damage to persons, property, or any liability whatsoever arising from or in conjunction with services provided.

10. Retail Value: The approximate retail value of the accommodations is $118 to $560 depending on the location, hotel availability and travel dates.

11. State Disclosures: This offer is not valid where restricted or prohibited by law. You may cancel this contract [this Certificate] without any penalty or obligation within 30 days from the date of purchase or receipt of this Certificate, whichever occurs later. You may also cancel this contract if accommodations of facilities are not available pursuant to a request for use as provided in the contract. If you decide to cancel, you must notify in writing of your intent to cancel by returning the Certificate and sending notice to Get Up & Go!, 5259 Coconut Creek Parkway, Margate, FL 33063. No purchaser should rely upon representations other than those included in this contract. This contract is for the purchase of this Certificate and puts all assignees on notice of the consumer's right to cancel under section 559.933, Florida Statues.
