The new home development - Riverstone Estates in Peoria AZ - is built by Columbia Communities. The homes are very energy efficient homes. The Laurel model is a great example. The photos below are ones I took while I toured the home. Notice the Energy Star logo from APS that indicates the home should only cost about $100 a month to heat or cool. I also recommend that you view the interactive floor plan in a separate window to help you visualize all the different options available in this new home. There are many, and I'll point out the most interesting ones.

The Riverstone Estates Peoria AZ development is located in a bedroom community near shopping and very close to just bout any type of restaurant you might be in the mood for. Also this new home community is located only about 2 miles north of the 101 Freeway providing easy access to nearly the entire greater Phoenix area.

The Laurel Model

Single story home.
2,190 square feet.
The home is 3 bedrooms with a den and a bonus room. There are 2 baths.
You have the option of converting the den into a 4th bedroom plus the bonus room into a 5th bedroom.
You could add a casita, ramada, or a cabana.
The home starts at approximately $300,000 at the time I wrote this.

I really like the layout of this home. Right when you walk in there is a nice open area off the entry way into the great room. This is a split floor plan so the master bedroom is separated from the rest of the bedrooms. Unlike the Jasmine model, the master bedroom in this home is way in the back and you should not be disturbed by others in home. In my opinion this is a nice feature.

The Riverstone Estates Peoria AZ model homes are worth looking through if you are in the market for a 3+ bedroom home in the suburbs.
