This Peoria Arizona new home is a fantastic home that is customizable. Maracay Homes offers quite a few flex design options so that this home could be converted into up to a six bedroom home. You can mix and match rooms to create an office, game room, even a second master suite if you have older parents that are now living with you.

Remember that all of the homes in this development are patio homes. Patio homes have very small back yards. Enough for a pet to do its thing, but not enough to run around. If you aren't into taking care of a lot of yard, then the homes in this development could be perfect for you.

Crescentviews at Sonoran Mountain Ranch is located in a great area of north Peoria. This gated community has spectacular desert views, a community pool and spa, plus it is far enough out that you don't feel like you are in the middle of the congested city, but close enough that it isn't inconvenient. I also uploaded a virtual tour virtual tour of this home. It is great to view since you will see what the inside of the home is like. I do apologize though. There is music in the virtual tour that I can not turn off.

Two story home.

The base model has three bedrooms with a den, master bath, formal living/dining rooms, a nook, and a game room upstairs.
There are options to add more bedrooms (up to 6 total), and even a second master suite.
The home starts at approximately $265,000 at the time I wrote this.

When I toured the model homes I took all these great pictures which you are welcome to look at, but there is also a virtual tour available which does the home much more justice than the photos I took. The interior of this Peoria Arizona new home is impressive. There are a lot of flex design options and I like this home. It is a nice open floor plan. Even the air out here seems a little cleaner. Maybe its all in my head though.

This Cresecentviews at Sonoran Mountain Ranch model home is a nice home to walk through. The views are to die for out here.
